Web based online ticket support system for products/services. System supports: Clients company database; Users database for each company; 3 access lelevs to system: user, operator and administrator; New tickets with questions about products/services from users; The user see only his own tickets or tickets for his company; Calculate time response from ticket posting until reply; Send mail to client when ticket has reply; Languages: English, Bulgarian; Journal of the actions, executed by each of the consumers within the system;
